Mangaraju has over 22 years of work experience in different functions such as Business Operations, Finance, Accounts, MIS, Budgeting, Project Management, Internal & External audits, Tax, and Regulatory matters. He also closely worked for start-up projects – B-ABLE, B-CTS, BKSL and Sub-K.

He closely works with BASIX Employees and Agents Mutually aided Co-operative Society Ltd. mentoring Secretary handling regular operations as one of the Board Members.

Holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management(Executive) specialization in Technology & Operations from MIT Pune, a bachelor’s in commerce from Osmania University, and Certified in Computers applications from IGNOU.

Murali has over 11 years of experience in software design, development and maintenance in web (J2EE) and mobile applications (Android, Blackberry) and expertise in all aspects of in-house developed system and product development. He has expertise in integration with the Core Banking System (CBS) of Banks, ATM Modules, Mobile Banking, payment gateways (NPCI), Aadhaar APIs, Banks’ Financial Gateways and development of Micro Finance Institutions (MFI) Loan Origination System (LOS) & Loan Management System (LMS).

Murali currently leads the IT Development (New Products) team at Sub-K. He is a post graduate in Technology and holds a Masters Degree in Technology from JNTU in Computer Science and Engineering.

His prior experience has been in leading brands in the BFSI sector. His expertise lies in strategic planning, team management, product management, sales, and marketing. Apart from his professional expertise, Anubhav is a Reiki Master (touch and healing therapy).
